Once you have completed the Level 1 course you may continue to the Level 2 course. This course deepens your knowledge of Deep Democracy & broadens your toolkit as well as your ability to facilitate from the different positions of facilitator, leader and participant. It focuses on the 5th step to Deep Democracy; dealing with deeper emotional issues or conflict.
