Cigdem is a coach and facilitator working with individuals and teams on enhancing dialogue, facilitating change and developing leadership in organizations. She is an ICF accredited, ORSC trained team and relationship systems coach, Deep Democracy The Lewis Method instructor and facilitator. Throughout her career, she has worked in major companies such as Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Koç Group over 10 years in different roles as consultant, trainer and manager. She has gained experience also in cross-cultural environments: worked and managed HR projects in Turkey, UK, Romania, Kazakhstan, Russia and Austria.
She utilizes a broad range of approaches as a coaching practitioner and a facilitator inspired from different schools and disciplines including Adler Learning International, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Voice Dialogue, Gordon International and Deep Democracy. Cigdem coaches and facilitates both in Turkish and English and works with a wide range of national and international corporations.
In 2011 she founded “Tribe” together with two of her colleagues with a common ambition to strengthen leadership, relationship and organizational capability. She with her business partners, actively supported a social responsibility initiative known as Vocational High School Coaches Program and worked as the training company partner of the program. She took part in designing and delivering Coaching Skills Training to 900 volunteer coaches who reached 6800 students in 89 schools in 13 different cities.
She also delivers Parent Effectiveness Training as a certified trainer of Gordon International Training and gives seminars on parenting to realize her dream of creating change and bringing democracy especially to family systems.
Cigdem has graduated from Robert College and Istanbul University. She is married with 2 children, enjoys running and travelling.
