Payam is a consultant, executive and team coach and facilitator working with leaders and organizations in improving dialogue, facilitating change and developing leadership and relationship capacity. She has gained extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, change management and human resources working in senior corporate human resources roles as well as a consultant and coach. Prior to her current role, she worked as a HR management consultant in local and global consultant firms such as Andersen, Ernst&Young and also as a HR Manager in Microsoft’s Middle East & Africa Regional office and HR Director in Sabancı Holding. In 2011 she founded Tribe together with two of her colleagues with a common ambition to strengthen leadership, relationship and organizational capability.
Payam has a BS degree in Psychology and a MS degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is an ICF accredited coach (PCC), has extensive training in Gestalt Coaching and is also trained as an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC). She has been practicing the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy since 2012 and applies this knowledge in her consulting, facilitation and coaching.
