Personal data

On some pages, you can order products, make requests, access information, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

  • Personal profile information relevant to your association with Deep Democracy PTY LTD such as training, accreditation, biography.

We do not store any credit card or banking information. All credit card or online transactions are referred to Paypal or Stripe.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use your name and return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive from our contact form. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You may be registered on our web site as a user in order to access training related resources, products or course community forums. Your user account will be linked to your course participation, including progress status and assessments.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Content from other online sources

Content on this site and its associated Learning Centre may include embedded content and links to external resources (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exactly the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

The site makes use of Google fonts and Google maps and references training information on a private Google Drive account. No personal user data is saved on external sites apart from that transferred to payment gateways for order fulfilment.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
