This year we held a Global Golden Arrows event. People from 9 countries across 12 cities took part in the event. Hundreds of Golden Arrows later, the feedback has been incredibly positive, and we want to thank our community for making it happen. Whether you hosted a public event, an intimate dinner party, took the event to schools, or simply took time out from work to throw arrows with colleagues or send them virtually via social media, we want to let you know that we appreciate your involvement.
Across the world, the consensus was that the event had a profound impact. Many participants agreed that the experience was something they would repeat themselves and acknowledged that taking the time to listen and hear what someone values in you is powerful.
One participant noted that on a day to day basis, we don’t take enough time to show our gratitude to people we care about. Another remarked that the feeling of being affirmed and acknowledged is profound.
Have you ever done a Golden Arrows before? What was your experience of it? Please share with us by tagging us on social media or email firstname.lastname@example.org
